Avocado and Egg Toast topped w/ Microgreens and Hemp Hearts

Ingredients
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 piece of seed or sprouted toast
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp hearts
  • 1-2 tablespoons of micro-greens
  • pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Lightly toast one piece of bread.

2. Thinly slice avocado and place on top of the toast. Add a pinch of salt.

3. Fry your egg to your liking and place on top of avocado.

4. Sprinkle your hemp hearts and micro-greens on top. Enjoy!
