Ingredients
  • ½ cup chopped frozen mango
  • ½ cup chopped frozen strawberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 ½ cups of almond or cashew milk
  • ½ teaspoon of local honey
  • 1 teaspoon of ground chia seeds
  • ½ scoop of collagen proteins (optional)
  • 2 cubes of ice
  • add small amount of filtered water if needed
Instructions
1. Put all ingredients in a blender or Vitamix and Blend! Enjoy!
