60-DAYS TO SUCCESS COACHING PROGRAM (nutrition and mindset based coaching + 6 one-on-one sessions with me)
This is the program that ties it all together. Coaching for all areas of wellness. Learn how to implement healthy habits into your daily life for natural sustainable change. Achieve your goals and keep them. As you learn how to balance all areas of wellness (physical, emotional, environmental, social, occupational, financial), while bringing the basics back into your routine (eating whole, moving your body, quieting the mind), you will naturally and effortlessly shift into alignment of who you are and what you desire. Once you balance the relationship with yourself, you can balance all other relationships including your relationship with food and your body.
You'll receive weekly coaching, support, workbooks, recipes, journal prompts, tasks, healthy habits, and more, as well as 6 one-hour, one-on-one sessions with me (via virtually) to receive direct mentorship and accountability.
The program is niched down to weekly sessions with a specific weekly topic so you go through the process in an effortless, flowing way. Although we discuss weekly topics you will have plenty of time to discuss anything and everything with me as I ask you questions to guide you to explore deeper. This program is designed to fit YOU.
