FOOD FOR THOUGHT COACHING PROGRAM (nutrition-based coaching + 1 one-on-one session with me)
If you're looking for guidance with nutrition and diet, and simply need help with what to eat, this is the program for you.
This program breaks the barriers when it comes to the food we eat because we dive into how we can use food as a tool to assist with healing the body, mind, and soul. The more you eat FOR your body the more clarity emerges which opens the doors for mental and spiritual clarity as well. We also go into how you can improve the relationship with your food.
This program gets you on a healthier track. You'll start implementing more healthier options into your routine that fit you and your lifestyle. You will naturally start to tap into more vitality and vibrance. You will see results from sleeping better, more energy, more positive thoughts, and clearer skin to name a few.
This program starts off with a 90-minute one-on-one coaching session with me then you have direct contact with me via messaging and email for the entire 4 weeks. Each week I will email you information of the niched topic(s) for the week, i.e. anti-inflammatory lifestyle, gut health, skin health, superfoods, detoxing, and more.
You will receive recipes, PDF handouts and workbooks, meal inspirations, tools to use to keep you on track, journal prompts, and more.
